Visiting Our Office Our first step to help you control your asthma or allergies, is to gather as much information about the problem as possible. On your first visit you will have a comprehensive consultation with our physician and possibly a series of tests. After testing, we schedule a doctor and patient conference to discuss our findings and offer recommendations. It’s a good idea to have both parents or patient and spouse attend this meeting so that each person is fully informed. During this conference, we outline in detail our treatment plan for your allergy and/or asthma control.
Patient symptoms vary with season, age, general health and even diet and stress. Our treatment plans are flexible and responsive. We will work with you to develop an individualized preventive program of allergy/asthma control that is effective for you.
An allergist’s/immunologist’s role is more than relieving symptomatic discomfort. We know that allergies and asthma can limit people’s activities. Our approach is to remove these limitations, to the greatest extent possible, and assist patients in achieving greater freedom in their daily lives

Allergy and asthma care frequently allows us the privilege of establishing a close, ongoing doctor-patient relationship. The control of asthma and allergies is a “whole family” process, which often extends for several years. We encourage you to select one of our doctors as your primary allergist. Good communication between doctor, patient and family is one key to a successful allergy treatment
